Guarantees
Delivery guarantee
If we fail to deliver the item within the maximum dispatch and delivery time (calculated as the maximum time it takes us to dispatch from agreement of the design PLUS the maximum delivery time), we will refund your item in full.
To request a refund after the allotted time, please respond to our initial contact email that you will receive once you have placed the order.
Product guarantee
If the product fails to live up to the recipients satisfaction a full refund will be provided.

Dispatch, Delivery and Returns
Dispatch
We clearly state on all of our products how long it takes us to Dispatch the item, as a general rule:
– Personalised Leather headcovers – take 5 days to dispatch from the date the artwork was finalised
– Personalised Cushions – take 5 days to dispatch from the date the artwork was finalised
– Personalised Mini Me headcovers – take 10 days to dispatch from the date the artwork was finalised.
– Golf Quotes take 3 days to dispatch
– Other items are dispatched next day unless we contact you to tell you otherwise.
Delivery
Items delivered to the UK are delivered with Hermes or Royal Mail, with tracking and take 2-3 days.
Items delivered worldwide, are delivered with Royal Mail tracking and take 7-10 days.
Returns
As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.
For non-personalised goods: If you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we ask that you contact our sales team and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 14 days to:

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects
If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out a refund will be issued right away.
For personalised goods: Since we have gone to the time and effort of personalising them, then we are sorry to say a refund cannot be given.
This is why it is really important to check the artwork and proof of design prior to confirming the order with us.
