After you have ordered, our system will send you an email asking for the relevant items we require in order to personalise this product, the email will come from richard@golfgiftsformen.com and may go into junk folders, so check there as well. Simply reply to this email providing what we are after and our talented designers will get to work on your design. If you do not receive the email please feel free to contact us directly at richard@golfgiftsformen.com stating your order number.

This is a fully customised product, over a maximum of 2 working days, our designers will work with you to create an awesome print file. The time this takes will depend on the quality of photos you provide and the ideas you have for the design of the product. Once the print file is ready, the printing of the fabric and the manufacture of the headcover will take an additional 5 working days. So the maximum time from order to shipping is 7 working days, but we always try our best to ship early. One shipped, delivery then takes 2-3 business days to the UK, 7-10 business days worldwide.

Items delivered to the UK are delivered with Hermes or Royal Mail, with tracking and take 2-3 days. Items delivered worldwide, are delivered with Royal Mail tracking and take 7-10 days.
Returns
Since this is a personalised item and we have gone to the time and effort of personalising them, then we are sorry to say a refund cannot be given. This is why it is really important to check the artwork and proof of design prior to confirming the order with us.
